Jason Sommer is an active real estate developer and asset manager. Before working in real estate full time, he led News Corporation's News Marketing Atlanta Division as the VP, General Manager. Jason earned a bachelor’s degree from A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Jason lives in East Cobb, GA with his wife, and 3 children.

Aaron Sommer is a principal at DPD, and focuses on management and growth of the self storage portfolio; which includes evaluating acquisitions and new development opportunities as well as financing structures. In addition to his track record at DPD of successfully building a $250M self storage portfolio, Aaron brings 20 years of experience at a global real estate service firm as a consultant to many fortune 500 companies; and has been directly involved in over 10M SF of office and industrial transactions valued at over $500M. Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.

Scott Solana serves as the Accountant for Diamond Point Development overseeing all day-to-day accounting responsibilities and functions for the organization’s self storage portfolio. Scott brings over 27 years of accomplished accounting experience; the last 24 years with Turner Broadcasting/ Warner Media where he most recently served as Vice President and Group Controller leading a global team of over 200 professional accountants. Scott is a graduate of Florida State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.
